Courses at the NCCA

Internationally acclaimed courses in computer animation and visual effects have been run at Bournemouth University since 1989, and many of our graduates hold senior posts in animation, visual effects and games studios around the world. In recognition of their success, we were presented with The Queens Anniversary Award for Excellence in Teaching in 2011.

Industry experts, many of whom are NCCA alumni, regularly present lectures and masterclasses to undergraduates and postgraduates, enabling students to meet and learn directly from the people who they aim to work alongside once they graduate. NCCA courses are based in BU’s Faculty of Media & Communication.
