View all projects

By Matthew Maude

abstract

This project attempts to construct a system for automating lip-sync animation given spoken audio information. The physical processes of speech production are discussed as a foundation to the mathematical techniques required. Experimental results are presented, along with a critical analysis of the project’s ultimate failure to achieve a successful conclusion.
