Tatoudra – Tatnell’s Touch and Draw

abstract

Over the last few months I’ve worked very hard on my innovations project, on a program I’ve called ‘Tatoudra’ (the name derived from Tatnell’s Touch and Draw). I set out in my brief how I wanted to create a graphics application that enabled the user to interact in a very intuitive way. Something that was fun and very creative to use. I feel I’ve come very close to achieving my goal. Although my program is long from finished I feel I’ve made a very good start, and have constructed a strong foundation upon which I intent to build in the future.
In this report I will step through the features of my program and describe my thoughts and methods behind them. I will also go on to explain how I’ve implemented all the components of the application and discuss where I wish to take it from here.
As you can see already this isn’t a standard report. You’ll notice the page is divided into two. The top half is intended to be a manual for the program, describing its functions through the view of a past explorer. This bottom half discusses the functions in the report. The report then expands to full-page text to continue. I hope you enjoy reading through my report.
