About the group

The Visual Research Group (VRG) includes staff engaged in the production and critical appraisal of visual artefacts and research more appropriately pursued and evaluated by established art and design methods. It was established by staff to support their art practice through critiques, exhibitions and other events.

Vicky Isley and Paul Smith are Research Fellows at the NCCA. Their work has been exhibited internationally and online. See their website for details of their previous work and current projects.

Peter Hardie's Falling Water

Since his succesful exhibiton of the 'Light on Water' seriesof works, Peter Hardie has been working on a new series of works 'Falling Water'. One of his prints has been selected to be shown at the SIGGRAPH 2007 Art Show in San Diego in August.
